The challenges you might be facing
You might be questioning your sexuality or gender identity. Perhaps you’ve always known who you are but are struggling with how others respond to it. Maybe you’re dealing with the impact of hiding a part of yourself, or navigating coming out to the people in your life.
These experiences can be lonely, especially if you don’t feel you have anyone safe to talk to. Internalised shame, family expectations, cultural pressures, or past experiences of discrimination can all weigh heavily.
How therapy can help
My therapy space is affirming and non-judgemental. You won’t need to educate me or justify yourself. I’m here to listen, to understand, and to support you as you explore whatever is coming up for you.
