What is Person Centered Therapy?

Person centred therapy is a Humanistic approach developed by Carl Rogers.

This form of therapy emphasises the importance of a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their feelings and thoughts freely.

Person centred therapy is based on three core principles, Empathy, Unconditional Positive Regard and Congruence.

Person centred therapy is client-led, where you as the client decide on what you would like to talk about and explore at your own pace.
